Our Mission

Inspire impact by creating dynamic experiences for women + organizations, to go from who they are to who they want to be, together.

Since 2013, Campowerment has been producing retreats and experiences that move people to live up to the legacy they aim to leave, starting now. Through expert-driven curriculum, wrapped in the fun & games of sleepaway camp culture, we’ve empowered thousands of grown-ups to get real and forge meaningful, face-to-face connections in a world full of barriers.

For individual women and for teams or full organizations, we take people to the edge of the comfort zone, to redefine what’s possible at full potential.

Our female-founded team of producers, strategists, operations nerds, creative minds and party-starters all started with three generations of women in the Leader family.

Intergenerational Perspective

Our team of Campower Rangers (camp counselors) is made up mostly of 20 + 30-somethings who share a fresh take on life from the younger side. The unique combination of wisdom across generations sparks special friendships that you're hard-pressed to discover most anywhere else on the planet!
